Background -- During a visit to the Connecticut Air Museum to discuss the F6U-1 transfer to Dallas, Vought Retiree Joe Millsap noticed a Regulus II missile, complete with launching trailer, residing in the weeds next to the museum facility. Negotiations began immediately and the missile was generously donated to VAHF. It was transported to the VAHF facility by Chapman Trucking Company, by now, our favorite transportation means. Serial number GM-3048 is actually a US Air Force vehicle.
