Each of the restoration projects was supported by a team of Vought Retirees providing Executive and Technical Management, Engineering, Data and Administrative support.

With this support it is possible to:

1. Acquire suitable Vought aircraft for restoration.
    
2. Recruit qualified personnel, provide the necessary financial support and assure that the Vought Aircraft Heritage Foundation is well managed.
    
3. Provide critical engineering and design services to the restoration Craftsmen
    
4. Provide the extensive amount of data necessary to assure restoration accuracy.
    
5. Provide administrative services that allow management, technical and other functions to operate.
